I had Ziegler change our condenser on our Honda. They didn't bolt down the under shield and when I was driving on the interstate, it came off. I contacted Ziegler and I received no help and they acted as if it wasn't their fault. I had to keep calling and never received a call from the service manager. I had to get it towed to another Honda company, and Ziegler never covered the towing cost. Worst experience!! Always bought Hondas, but looking to switch to Tesla. The service manager eventually called, and he said it's an older car (2018), and this can happen. Poor excuse and the company should be embarrassed by how this "manager" made you feel like they weren't at fault. More

In a world where expectations have become low, Ziegler was outstanding. They honored a coupon that I had lost for a free oil change! I surely appreciated that! Also, I came in for a new key since we lost was outstanding. They honored a coupon that I had lost for a free oil change! I surely appreciated that! Also, I came in for a new key since we lost one. Dealership is not much different from other dealers I have used in the past, but has a nice waiting area, spacious. This time the TVs were both working and so was the coffee machine.
