Nelen was great also as I felt like he had our very best interest in mind when searching for the best add ons that we requested (ie extended warranty and GAP insurance). Overall an A++ experience! Be prepared for hidden fees if buying from out of state. Got a going out the door quote and during financing noticed price going up up.
