I was looking for a used car within my price range. Princeton was really wonderful in helping me find a used car within my price range. I like Palmer’s pricing breakdown on their website which included all the available rebates. Princeton Westry did an excellent job and continues follow-up. He gets 5 stars. There was a problem with the finance guy who provided a trade in value for my car of which I agreed and then he recanted because he said he misunderstood the mileage, and at this point we ended the deal after we had already filled out the paperwork. A deal is a deal, and they should have honored their word. Princeton called me the next day and asked to earn back my business by offering some comps to make up for the reduced trade in value that was now being offered. I excepted. Princeton continues to provide service after the sale. More
