They email when my car needs service, get me in on days & times that work best for me, alway Kuni BMW is the best service department I've worked with. They email when my car needs service, get me in on days & times that work best for me, always concerned about what I will need while the car is being serviced (loaner, work space, refreshments, etc.), and work quickly. Greeted immediately when I arrive & introduced to the service advisor, who knows exactly why I'm there. And I get a freshly washed & vacuumed car when the work is done. All service is thoroughly explained, all questions answered & all anticipated future service is explained. The waiting area is fantastic: big screen TV, comfortable couches, food & very friendly staff...almost don't want to leave sometimes. Oh, and there's always a bowl of peppermint patties on the sales desk. More

Having owned many different makes and models before, I have to say that Kuni ranks in the top 3 dealerships I have had the pleasure of dealing with across the nation (7 different states including HI) for vehicle service. They provide consistent no-fuss excellent service each and every single time I visit. Props out to Priscilla, my service agent for the last two years. I’d totally hire her as the face of my business should I ever start one. She is the soul of customer service. But I digress. In sum, I love dealing with Kuni BMW and the service department is a huge reason why my next vehicle will be a BMW. More

I had three recalls serviced and when I got my car back it was cleaned nicely for me and showed that they care to make it feel like how I brought it in. A loaner car was provided for me and even though I had difficult work hours to work around for picking up my car they made sure there was a good time for both of us. More
