After searching the internet for a 2011 Toyota Tacoma, I found a vehicle that met my needs at Koons Tysons Toyota in Vienna, VA. Don also contacted me quickly, and invited me to come down from Pennsylvania to see the vehicle, and get my 2006 Tacoma appraised. Upon arriving, I was quickly introduced to Don Evans, who had the vehicle that I was interested in ready for inspection. Don answered all questions in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. After a short negotiation session, I was able to get a price that I was happy with. Don Evans and Pushkar Bhasin even worked up a better price on the 2011 Tacoma than was originally quoted, and gave me an acceptable offer for my 2006 Tacoma. Business Manager Suhail Katan processed all the paperwork, and explained all the registration & title details ... also in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. I was then out-the-door in my new 2011 Tacoma.
