Best car buying experience. Thank you Q.Ali I did all my research online for a 2018 CR-V, well that's what I thought. Came in thinking the LX (LX for luxury) model was the top of the line. Ali, super nice sales person. No pressure or rush. He asked me few questions why CR-V LX, told him I wanted everything CR-V comes with, RoofRails, led headlights, Apple carplay. I found out I was describing the features of a touring model, out of my budget range. But thanks to Q he found my must have heated seats, moon roof and roof rails as an add-on accessories. Thanks to Q for helping me save few thousands of dollars on a new Honda CR-V. Ask for Q whether you walk-in, or call or email them highly recommended product specialist, very knowledgeable. I didn’t have the greatest credit but he worked with the bank and everything worked out. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only is he great at his job, but he is a really cool person as well. He was fun to be around during the process and was able to make us laugh, when usually buying a car is stressful. Good dealer at competitive price I visited this dealer 3 times to buy the Honda Clarity. First time with the internet sales , German. He is a glad young man. He is learning the sales work. Maybe when you visit them German would been promoted. Second visit was with Qasim, the sales. Qasim knows the car very well, and he was very sincere during price negotiation. His sincereness made the deal. My final OTD was ~1000 lower than the other dealer I visited. Very competitive for such a new model that no other dealer around Seattle has stock. Third visit was to take delivery. Everything is smooth. No comment is the best comment here. More
