Everybody is professional and kind. It is an overall good experience in the sales department. The low window shield fluid signal turns on within one week. I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5, my sales representative was Qasim Dagwood “Q”. During my search for a new car, my husband was hospitalized. We had a poor experience while shopping for a Mazda CX30 at Depaula Mazda. Over the phone, the sales manager, Jim, promised the trade-in was worth $10,000 and once we went to the dealership they undercut th at Depaula Mazda. Over the phone, the sales manager, Jim, promised the trade-in was worth $10,000 and once we went to the dealership they undercut the trade-in value to $7,000 saying that they made the offer without checking the pictures that I had sent upon their request. I am giving 2 stars only because the sales associate we dealt with did not pressure us. Ironically, the car we wanted to trade-in was bought at Depaula Chevy. I guess we will take our business somewhere else. Please take caution when you deal with them over the phone. More
