I’m not happy with the dealership at all. I feel like I was scammed into this deal and promises were made that weren’t kept and conveniently my sales person doesn’t work there. Spoke to the branch manager and was told “ I should’ve addressed said issues before signing” While this is definitely true the courtesy and customer service was xxxx poor. But this is how you’re treated after you make the purchase. I’m currently having my attorney view everything. If we’re unable to find a loop hole I guess this will be a voluntary repossession because I will not be keeping the car. More

No loaner even thought I was guaranteed one when I set up the appointment (Jorge said Sorry we are out of loners sometimes that happens) Jorge stuck a Thermometer in vent- You Have No Ac issue! Every CX-5 on this lot will perform the same way as far as the AC(I guess we aren’t ever buying a CX5). The only highlight was the young man who drove me home. I was only offered a ride home by Jorge after I kept complaining about being promised a loaner. More
