She was able to upgrade her 2019 RAV4 to a brand new 2022 Highlander. We were both so impressed with the way that we were treated by Quincy, the Sales Manager Dustin and the Finance Manager Jon, that I went back and bought the last brand new Tundra on the lot. Just bought a Honda CRV from these guys I didnt have as much flexebility with my selection as I thought I would with my credit, but that's really on the marker more than this dealership. They pushed hard with different banks and credit unions to get me the financing I needed to get the monthly rate I Was looking for. The salseperson I worked with, Quincy, was very personably, knowledgable, and profesional. They are on the more pricey side, but I felt like all my needs were being met when shopping for a vehicle. I went to a lot of different places for my car search. With all of the dealerships on the rte 11 strip, this one stands out. Would reccomend. More

He kept me updated every step of the way during the nearly 2 months it took to get one from the factory. Dennis did a good job making the paperwork part easy on delivery day.
