I inquired online after hours regarding a 2020 RAM truck. I was contacted this morning (the next day) at 8:30 am by RAUL who was a sales manager. I had submitted my loan paperwork and was eager to get the p I was contacted this morning (the next day) at 8:30 am by RAUL who was a sales manager. I had submitted my loan paperwork and was eager to get the process started. I was told I would need around $5-$6k down. I told him I was working on it and would be immediately in touch. He told me to text him as he would be busy in and out. I gather my funds about 30 mins later and texted him, called him and left a voicemail, and emailed him in which I never received a response. I then called a second time and the phone just rang. I called a third time and by now it was around 10am and Quinn picked up. I explained that I was working with Raul and he informed me that Raul had gone home. I explained that I was in the middle of buying a car with Raul. He let me know he would take care of everything for the duration. Quinn was responsive, professional and made the deal happen. I almost walked away after Raul but Quinn redeemed the sale with his professional attitude and helpfulness. Great experience! More
