Josh was great to work with, quick responses and easy to work with. Exceptional MotorCar was not willing to negotiate more than a couple of hundred dollars which was very frustrating when they set an ex work with. Exceptional MotorCar was not willing to negotiate more than a couple of hundred dollars which was very frustrating when they set an expectation that they would work with us on the price. Recommend they either advertise that they don’t negotiate or find a better way for the buyer to feel like they got a better deal. Josh did the best he could but those decisions were made above him.
