Great selection and pricing, but horrible customer service after the sale. Very friendly to deal with on the phone but basically treated me like an afterthought as soon as I hung up. Completely dropped the ball on taking care of my title. Over a month since my temp tag expired and I’m still waiting on a title. Basically have a large paperweight in my driveway that I can’t drive. Actions speak louder than words and the actions I received basically said,”we now have your money so trying to take care of you doesn’t matter any more”. Purchased my truck in July and now it’s October and I was able to drive it exactly 2 days due to repairs that this dealership dragged their feet on and now the delay in my title. Two stars is only because they were decent to deal with on the phone when I finally reached someone and because my salesman was great to deal with, otherwise it would be zero stars. There are still problems with the truck that were promised to be taken care of by the dealer but never were. I will take care of the remaining items that they were to handle because I don’t want them dragging this out any longer. I love the truck that I purchased but had I known what a hassle it was going to be I would have passed! More
