Ask for Early. ..yes Early...If you are considering purchasing a car from out of state and having it delivered then this review is for you. I was in the market for a ..yes Early...If you are considering purchasing a car from out of state and having it delivered then this review is for you. I was in the market for a specific used vehicle that this dealership had and unfortunately I live out of state an was unable to see this vehicle in person or test drive it. I contacted the dealership and the first person that answered the phone was the same salesman that helps me to this day. My salesman Early completely understood my worries about purchasing a 7 year old BMW sight unseen and never have driven the vehicle and I was putting complete trust in him in ensuring that this used vehicle was in excellent shape and mechanically sound. He sent detailed videos and pictures of the interior and exterior of the vehicle including the tires and wheels individually and also marking any imperfections on the vehicle he found. He answered all my questions made me feel much more comfortable about purchasing a vehicle that I couldn't see in person. Now here is where it gets really good. Not only did the dealership fully prep the vehicle by filling it with gas detailing it, oil change, etc. they also set up a third party to ship the vehicle to my front door within a day or two of me signing the paperwork which Quinton from their finance department overnighted there and back. Also Quinton was able to get me great financing through Bank of America and also set me up with a fantastic deal on a 3-year bumper to bumper Fidelity Platinum warranty which is the same or better than the warranty that came with the vehicle originally when it was new. Even better they gave me a 30-day or 1,000 mile warranty if I had any issues with the vehicle upon delivery which sealed the deal for me. Please keep in mind this was a 2015 BMW with 52,000 miles...This is hands down the best dealership and Salesman I've ever dealt with. I would not hesitate buying my next vehicle from them from out of state and don't forget to ask for Early. More
