As a first time car buyer, I could only imagine how hard it would be coming to a dealer. Real Andrews, or we can call him coach, was probably the best guy I came to for my first car. The process was super s it would be coming to a dealer. Real Andrews, or we can call him coach, was probably the best guy I came to for my first car. The process was super smooth and fast. A lot of things were planned ahead of time via text and a few phone calls before even coming to the dealership, which made it so smooth that we were in the deal making room for no more than an hour, and I came out with the perfect numbers that I wanted for my new car. Total time spent at the dealership was about 3 and 1/2 hours, and most of the time was spent in good spirits chatting and enjoying complementary breakfast at the horseless carriage there at Galpin ford. Who would have known a dealership had a restaurant??? And a good one too !! If I were to recommend anyone to a ford dealer and salesman, it would definitely be Coach at Galpin. This guy definitely beat my expectations, and I know if my parents or myself ever want another ford, we’ll definitely be coming back to him. Thanks Andrews! More

I was looking for something without all the bells and whistles, soft top and manual transmission. That dealership told me they never get anything like that. I go to Real and he has exactly what I wanted right in his own inventory. He is very professional, but also very friendly and knows what he's doing. He even walked us through the entire paperwork and financing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Real and Galpin is our man and dealership now! More

This is a hard time to get auto and home loans as working class individuals with moderate to good credit and it took ridiculously inzane hoops to get it together which we worked on over a month this is the point we did it and real was kind and honorable i am in shock how expensive vehicles are and how punitively high interest rates are but this is the economy it is and when you need a vehicle you are not able to pick the time and place so i am appreciative to deal with people that are honorable More
