Service is Horrible Came in for service for an oil change and they did not perform it at all. scheduled appointment for 830am they did not even bring truck into service bay till 930 can and told me i change and they did not perform it at all. scheduled appointment for 830am they did not even bring truck into service bay till 930 can and told me it was done at 10:15 and only preformed tire rotation not an oil change. asked why and they only had to say, "did you want to get that done now"? asked them to call me before appointment that did not happen at all. don't use the online app at all they don't use it for reference. Disappointed in work. Had my truck in for a transmission replacement. After that had a few issues. After taking it to them they found no issue. Then brought it to them on a Had my truck in for a transmission replacement. After that had a few issues. After taking it to them they found no issue. Then brought it to them on a tow truck with issues from the transmission. Once again they somehow found no issue. The service advisors are professional and nice but I am all together disappointed with the work and with the willingness to admit mistakes. I will no longer drive a toyota due to the issues and service I received. I had to replace the truck before the warranty was up so that I wasnt stuck with a vehicle the toyota cant even diagnos when it is a toyota vehicle. More
