A negative star was not allowed. I was looking at a vehicle listed online. I had a 5 hour drive from my location. I spoke with (corey?) I was told that they do not hold vehicles but since I had a lengthy drive ahead of me, the best he could do was, when I tell them I'm on my way, they would pull keys so I didnt show up to a sold truck. I called at 1 oclock and started my 5 hour trek to the dealer, anybody guess where this is headed? I am 4hrs 22mins into the 5 hour trek to get a text from salesman rick, truck is selling. 2 guys take vacation days from work, 2 tanks of fuel and 9 hour round trip all for a sorry. xxxx poor communication between sales team. Spoke with sales manager and all he could say was he didnt know what was going on, sorry, I'll fill your tank. No thanks, not wasting anymore time to drive towards you. Maybe it was a bad day for them. However, they lost a few customers as this is where my ohio family gets their vehicles as well More

Overall very good experience at this dealership. Only 1 complaint we would have with Findlay Chrysler, the warranty salesman when we declined not to buy an extended warranty become an xxxxxxx.
