I started my journey in the automotive industry at the ground level, washing cars before moving into a detailer position where I learned the importance of presentation, pride in the work, and attention to detail. From there, I worked my way into sales, motivated by the opportunity to grow and connect with customers on a more personal level. Through dedication and consistency, I was given the opportunity to step into management on two separate occasions, gaining valuable leadership experience and a deeper understanding of dealership operations. Today, I’m proud to be at Colonial Subaru, where I focus on providing the highest level of knowledgeable and professional customer service. With years of hands-on experience in multiple roles, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every interaction. Professional Friendly Courteous Clean Patience Kind Founding a car can be stressful but walking into Colonia Subaru dealership from the time I walked in the door the whole team was helpful they Kind Founding a car can be stressful but walking into Colonia Subaru dealership from the time I walked in the door the whole team was helpful they ran up to me asking can I help Rob D Gordon Curt One thing that I love that they asked me you give me the budget you can work with prior to me coming there I went to two other dealerships and they will throw me numbers that they wanted not what my budget was. The best choice that I ever made in my life as far as getting a Subaru as a car I always wanted one they work with everybody whether your credit is low or high. Rob made me feel very comfortable on every level. I will tell anybody I even told my family when I got home taking that ride out to Danbury was the best decision I ever made. And I will be sending everybody that I know that wants a car to Danbury colonial Subaru More

I was in for an oil change on my WRX, while I was waiting I started to check out some options for an SUV. That is when I Met Rob, I used to have another sales person at Colonial Subaru but he retired, so Rob I started to check out some options for an SUV. That is when I Met Rob, I used to have another sales person at Colonial Subaru but he retired, so Rob started showing me how the new Outback has been drastically upgraded. He was very patient and knowledgeable and when I am ready to make the purchase I will be coming back to see Rob, he’s my new Sales Person! I have been shopping at Colonial since 2008 back when they were on Federal Road and I will continue to shop here! More

I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled after my experience. For context I was diagnosed with severe social anxiety so simple every day tasks are much harder & stressful for me so you could only ima experience. For context I was diagnosed with severe social anxiety so simple every day tasks are much harder & stressful for me so you could only imagine the dread I felt knowing I needed a new car. Robert was a god send he made the process simple & easy for me it didn’t feel like he was selling me a car but more so helping me find the right car for me. The fact I didn’t experience a panic attack is what really made me want to write a review, I know Robert doesn’t realize but his calm & friendly energy makes the world a better place, it for sure made my world better. I can’t thank Robert enough for all his help he will be the only person I deal with from now on you’ve earned a lifetime client! More
