This is by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle, and I'm retired and have purchased many. I traveled hours just to deal with Harold and his team members. We were looking at a truck via social media. I filled out information and was immediately contacted by Nick. I never informed him we were coming in to just view the vehicle. I just didn’t decide we needed a new truck since ours was only 9 years old. So we had some shopping to do in Reno we stopped in to view the vehicle and met Ivan our salesperson. So we were interested and started the process. We begin negotiations and through the entire process Ivan and Nick were always professional, but down to earth people. We started crunching numbers and we debated trying to get to a payment we could agree on. We couldn’t get to the numbers we could agree on. We shook hands and left the dealership. My wife, granddaughter and I were treated with such respect through the entire process. So we parted ways and went back to our lives. The next day I received a telephone call from dealership reviewing yesterday negotiations. We agreed on a payment and the deal was made. We were met at dealership by Ivan and Nick, these two guys make you feel at home and comfortable. I really believe had it not been for Ivan and Nick we would not have made the deal. Because we didn’t need to buy a vehicle. These two gentleman have my family and my respect and are an asset to their business. More
