There were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics in play at this dealership which was a welcome relief! Anthony took our call initially and confirmed the vehicles we were interested in were in their inventory and had them ready for us to look at when we arrived. He had to assist another customer when we arrived so he asked Roger to step in for him. Roger did a great job taking car of us; he was funny, knowledgeable and extremely patient! And got us a great deal! Mike was also friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as we finalized all the paperwork. Highly recommend Duval Acura! More
