I showed up here on a Monday morning to get work done on my car. I asked for a tire rotation, an oil change, and inspection. I had a feeling a tire was low and probably had a nail. They took a look, and did my car. I asked for a tire rotation, an oil change, and inspection. I had a feeling a tire was low and probably had a nail. They took a look, and didn’t see it and rotated my tires. Why did they not dunk it? I don’t know. Well now my front tire continues to be low all week. I live in Newport News and work there so that’s a dangerous commute I was making. With a flat tire at that. I was UNHAPPY! I came back on Thursday and Dally Cisneros really helped me and made my experience more pleasurable. I get what they say a protocol thing. But you can’t do the same thing with everyone, everytime.. you need to do what’s best per situation. More

The overall service was good however the customer service was less than desirable. Do not take this rating as bad for the dealership but on Kia. I don't and can't understand how the maker of my vehicle can't find the proper part for my Sorento. The dealer orders the part using the same pa Kia. I don't and can't understand how the maker of my vehicle can't find the proper part for my Sorento. The dealer orders the part using the same part # on the old part and it does not fit. Figure that one out! More
