THIS IS THE FIRST TIME FOR MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE REPAIRING. I PICK THEM BECAUSE I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE FROM THEM.BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THEIR SERVICE. THEY SHOULD NOT GET A STAR ON THIS RATING. REPAIRING. I PICK THEM BECAUSE I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE FROM THEM.BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THEIR SERVICE. THEY SHOULD NOT GET A STAR ON THIS RATING.HOWEVER ONLY THE MANAGER WORTH THIS STAR. They took more than 12 weeks couldn't fix my engine light problem and after first repairing,the light popped up when I drove by the first traffic light ,also I found out the AC is not working. So I drove back and put my vehicle back to do the repairing again. During the whole time, I visited 5 times and for the first 3th times,I waited over 7hours to get a result that my car can't be done. INCLUDING 2 TIMES I'VE BEEN TOLD IT SHOULD BE READY BUT NOT.They should tell me at the beginning not make me wait so long. Until I met their manager, and be told there is lack of communication between their team because there are employees changed also he was new there during the whole 12 weeks. After repairing, the price they gave me is big different than the price they sent to my insurance company until I wandered why, so they deduce $100 down,but there is still $10 difference. I believe there is still a communication between their employees and managers because the last visit, I've been told I need to pay new analysis fees and make a new appointment to the repairing which they didn't fix. Until they asked their manager, I can finally get the line for repairing. And I am still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. More

They 're nice, but hard to get in touch with by phone. Don't check car or things that I had concerns about. I keep coming back for the same issue and not given any suggestions. Trying to talk to service was impossible. I called for 2 days straight trying to speak to someone, anyone, about the status of my car. No one would answer in service or return any of my voice I called for 2 days straight trying to speak to someone, anyone, about the status of my car. No one would answer in service or return any of my voicemails. I had to call sales at least 6 times where she would transfer me and again, never spoke to a person in service. She finally had to go to service herself and I received a call 3 hours later just to say they weren’t sure what was wrong with my vehicle and had to call me back. They called the next day just to say they couldn’t replicate the problem. I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle and now not sure if I could ever receive communication from service, I will never buy a Kia again. More
