Ryan in sales went above and beyond to work with us for our purchase. He helped us to be able to see the vehicle prior to it being show-ready. Ryan was integral in our decision to make our purchase. A well balanced, unified team that puts you first Findlay Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge Has what few other dealerships I've worked with has; namely a balanced and cohesive team. Compare to a sports team that Findlay Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge Has what few other dealerships I've worked with has; namely a balanced and cohesive team. Compare to a sports team that knows who will score the point before the play begins. You can talk to, or work with anyone in the dealership and get the same honest, balanced treatment. They do the right things to put you at ease and earn your trust. You are never viewed as property or the source of someone's next commission. Instead, they each consider it an victory just to see you drive away in the car of your choosing purchased on your terms. I grew up in Detroit, with most family members involved in the car "biz". I've not seen a better operating dealership. My sales rep, Ryan Lunn, stole the show in terms of top professionalism, covering all the facts about the vehicle and earning my long term trust. I went out of my way to buy from Findlay and Ryan made it all worth it and then some. It does not get better than this; please take my word.
