Love Chevrolet proved to me there are car salesmen and women that are exceptional and will not waste your time. Over the course of a year I met technicians, mechanics and other employees that work in Inve women that are exceptional and will not waste your time. Over the course of a year I met technicians, mechanics and other employees that work in Inverness, Florida's Love Chevrolet Dealership. I was questioning them about which salesperson to see about trading in my car to upgrade to a vehicle that would serve me better than my current one. Each one didn't hesitate to say Joe Freeman. After speaking to the twelve employee, Mark, he sealed for me to make an appointment the next day to see Joe. I got Nancy on the phone at Love and she cheerfully confirmed again Joe would help me through this process and I would have no regrets coming there. (I had had bad experiences with past salespeople.) Joe didn't let me down. I drove away that day with a vehicle and a deal that was exactly want I asked for and I have a friend to call on for all my future vehicle needs. I am very frustrated with the lack of response to my request. On 9/11/20 I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V which I am very happy with. Unfortunately the owners manuals were missing. The only manual in the c request. On 9/11/20 I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V which I am very happy with. Unfortunately the owners manuals were missing. The only manual in the car was a small 26 page technical reference guide. I spoke to Ted about this before leaving with my car and he said he would look into getting a manual. I waited 3 1/2 weeks and called Ted, he said he had no luck finding one. I told him that it is only right that I should get an owners manual with my car and he said he would order one. It has now been another 3 1/2 weeks and I have not heard anything, I shouldn't have to harass them to do the right thing. I see that there is also a navigation manual that I should have as well. It looks like I can order a manual from Honda but I shouldn't have to pay $50! I feel that they should take better care of their customers if they want them to return for service and future sales opportunities. More
