Shirley, We sincerely apologize the repair took so long!! The wait time was primarily due to dealing with Car Shield three times and Protective who both denied the claim after it was reviewed by their agents which translated in to a couple of weeks. To clarify our rental vehicles have always been charged or cost to General Motors Warranty, a extended service plan or the customer must pay, we cannot afford to provide a vehicle free of charge based on insurance, the cost of the vehicle and maintenance as you experienced. We truly want our customer's to have a better experience but in this instance the outside insurance plans took some time to mitigate the claim and then denied coverage.
