I brought in my car with an oil leak. They thought that they had fixed the issue ( understood because of the amount of oil on the bottom of the engine) but it still had an active leak. I called them and wa they had fixed the issue ( understood because of the amount of oil on the bottom of the engine) but it still had an active leak. I called them and was pretty bummed.Not only did they take care of the issue, they found and fixed the leak. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service. I was disappointed, they forgot to return my car. I used concierge, got text work was complete, paid online and told my car would be delivered soon. 3 hours later I got done with work and my car was not re concierge, got text work was complete, paid online and told my car would be delivered soon. 3 hours later I got done with work and my car was not returned. Had to contact dealership and find out what happened. I was told by Rachel it was her fault. Did not appreciate having to wait another 30 min to get my car. More
