The sales staff at this dealership were helpful when I purchased my car, but the service advisors and mechanics are among the worst in the DFW area. During the first service, my car did not meet the speci purchased my car, but the service advisors and mechanics are among the worst in the DFW area. During the first service, my car did not meet the specifications indicated by the dashboard message, which prompted a warning to check the oil level. The car has only 4,000 miles, and the service advisor informed me that it's normal for a car like this to use oil periodically, especially before reaching the oil change limit. Now, with 84,000 miles on the car, I've taken it in multiple times for the same issue. Each time, the service advisor has told me that it's not normal for the car to display this message after I've had the oil changed just 2,000 or 3,000 miles prior. Today, I took the car in for service again, and the advisor claimed that it's normal for a car to consume oil after 3,000 miles following an oil change, even though the car is supposed to have oil changes every 10,000 miles. I asked them to check the oil level and refill it if necessary, as well as change the transmission oil. Three hours later, I was informed that the vehicle needed another oil change. It seems that the staff lacks the necessary experience to provide good service, and the mechanics are not reliable either. On one occasion, I took the car in for an oil change, and they returned it to me with a leak from the oil plug. Although they fixed the issue, it happened again. I believe these people do not know what they're doing and have repeatedly made the same mistakes. From now on, I plan to find a different dealership that can properly service my vehicle. More

Luke SHOAF always takes care of me and provides a level of service that is unmatched to excellence. What ever you do don't let Luke leave this dealership!! He is a very valuable intangible asset as well a of service that is unmatched to excellence. What ever you do don't let Luke leave this dealership!! He is a very valuable intangible asset as well a very valuable tangible asset. He is the reason I continue to business with this dealership. Also, I am very glad to see Rachel back. Her and Luke make a great team and Rachel has taken care of me as well with great excellence. What ever this dealership does don't let either of these leave. If it means a pay raise or a new car as a bonus... these 2 folks are the reason or a major part of the service repete business. In my opinion these 2 people should go far in your business...they are worth rewarding for their talents and accolades they bring to their positions. More
