Rachel Christie was very helpful in explaining the service needs that were recommended on my previous visit. She shared the estimated cost and information regarding the necessary service to my Honda Civic and that it would be completed the next day. I was provided with transportation to my home, and advised Rachel I would need transportation from my home to Brandon Honda the next day. Rachel contacted me, and I advised her when it would be convenient. The next.day, I was provided with timely transportation. Rachel provided me with information regarding the services performed. She was professional and made the whole experience a pleasant one. More

I will never buy a car anywhere else but Brandon Honda! I went to Brandon Honda to look for a used car for my son for college. The salesperson, Kendell, was great! He was informative but not pushy. He did not try to sell me on the product but let the product sell itself. The price negation was easy and every member of their team worked to make the best deal possible. I in particularly found that their quality assurance manager, Grant Hocking, was interested in my concerns and went out of his way to make me a satisfied customer. My advice is no matter how far you live from Brandon Honda, it is well worth the drive!! More

Awesome staff gets you into the vehicle that brings you joy! I dreaded the process of trading in my car which I owed more than it's worth. I had to bring it in for service at Brandon Honda. Rachel the service ma I dreaded the process of trading in my car which I owed more than it's worth. I had to bring it in for service at Brandon Honda. Rachel the service manager has a great sense of humor. She gave me an honest assessment of what my repair options were. It was depressing to have to put more money into this car. Dan Ryan rescued me from all that! We looked at some used cars. I thought I would have to settle for something because of my so-so credit. He said let's run some numbers and see what we can do. Dan and his manager Gary worked miracles to get me into a sporty new Civic! I appreciate all the time they spent on me during the busiest sales week of the year. They treated me as if I had a perfect credit score. They matched the car to my personality. They found Honda incentives to help get me the car that made me feel twenty years younger! Dan patiently explained how to operate the new technology. Stan the fiance man was also knowledgeable, pleasant, and found another Honda incentive to save me money! He worked with the financial institution that offered an agreeable payment plan. Brandon Honda doesn't just sell great cars, but builds a relationship where you feel comfortable asking questions and buying future cars! More

Number 4, will you guys please stop selling me cars!!! Yes I really did take another car in for service and walked out with another brand new car, something tells me i need to stop getting my cars serviced Yes I really did take another car in for service and walked out with another brand new car, something tells me i need to stop getting my cars serviced...LOL Hassan Slim is a very patient and kind man, he showed me the new Pilot funny thing is I thought I hated the new Pilot but as it turns out I was looking at the HPV not the Pilot. Hassan took the time to explain to me the differences from my old Pilot and made sure I was happy with everything. He is very low key and laid back not pushy whatsoever and someone whom I would consider as my friend. Gene the manager I dealt with for the second time knew me from a month prior when we worked on getting my wife a new car so he knew I was no nonsense and just wanted the bottom line and made sure I knew what exactly the deal was that I was getting and gave me an excellent price for my car as well as the new one. Rachel my service manager was like you bought another car? The cafe inside the dealer (yeah I know thoughts of gas station food) is actually very good so far I have had several things while there and all the food has been excellent, Sharon and the young lady with glasses (sorry I don't know your name) are most gracious and wonderful people and both make some mean sandwiches and fries. Last but certainly not least was Stan the finance guy, Stan knew I hadn't come in to buy a car and that I was very tired and burnt out by the time I got to him and he whipped through the paperwork for me and made Sasha Bear my Saint Bernard welcome and at home in his office he worked fast but made sure I knew what was going on each and every step of the way. 3rd purchase from Brandon Honda My wife and I came in for a service appointment for her 2014 Honda Accord Sport and left with a 2017 Honda Accord Sport Special Edition. Will was pati My wife and I came in for a service appointment for her 2014 Honda Accord Sport and left with a 2017 Honda Accord Sport Special Edition. Will was patient and very helpful, he handled all our questions and made sure we were happy with her new car. Will spent time working with the managers to ensure we got the best price possible on her old car as well as the best possible purchase price for her new one. He also took very good care of our Saint Bernard Sasha Bear and made sure he was as comfortable as we were ensuring that he even had enough water to drink while Mommy and Daddy were buying a new ride for him to be comfortable in. This is our third purchase from Brandon Honda so that right there should tell you something. All parts of the dealership have always been very helpful and friendly and they always treat Sasha Bear like a rock star! I also want to give a big shout out to Rachel Christie our service manager because as carzy as that place is at times she always takes the time to explain things to me and makes sure I understand why things need to be done, seriously folks there could be 100 people milling around and she stops what she is doing and makes me feel like I am the only person there. I also want to say I am grateful to the entire dealership for allowing Sasha Bear to join me every time I come in and they really do treat him and I like we are the best and as my third purchase hopefully shows them that we think they are the best too! More

Painless 10K Mile Service Visit On a busy Saturday, I was made to feel like a special customer with my CRV, in for a routine 10k mile checkup. After a short wait (it was REALLY busy! On a busy Saturday, I was made to feel like a special customer with my CRV, in for a routine 10k mile checkup. After a short wait (it was REALLY busy!), I was handed off to Rachel Christie, who carefully briefed me on what service would be performed and told me it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. I went to the bright, airy, and comfortable waiting area and settled in. After about an hour and 30 minutes, Rachel appeared and said my CRV was ready -- and that my requested tire rotation would be no charge because the car wasn't ready in the time she had promised me. Amazing -- a car dealership that actually takes responsibility for what they promise. Makes me look forward to the next visit. Thanks Rachel. More
