Best experience yet! We took our car in for general service and decided while there that the time had come for us to trade in our 2010 CR-V for a new one. We shared this with Rachel Christie who contacted Don Negri. When meeting him we found that he was very courteous and a dedicated employee of Brandon Honda. He asked if we were interested in another CR-V, our response, Yes! He took us over to the new 2015 model and pointed out all the new features. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. We were sold. He contacted his supervisor, Gary Jarrell who offered us a good trade-in on our 2010 and the best rates available. Working with them - all good family men - we were quite pleased and drove our new car home. More
