I was beyond pleased with the service I received. So I went to east hills jeep for an oil change. When I showed up I was immediately greeted by Rafael campos the service advisor for quick lanes. He wa So I went to east hills jeep for an oil change. When I showed up I was immediately greeted by Rafael campos the service advisor for quick lanes. He was very nice. He told me my car would be done in under an hour. As I was waiting he informed me my car had a small oil leak coming from one of the valve covers. He told me the parts were in stock and that they could fix if I’d like. Being that the car is under warranty I said yes. most places you go to wouldn’t. Instead of just taking my money Rafael explained how full synthetic oil last longer tha Brought my new Durango in for an Oil change ahead of schedule. Instead of just taking my money Rafael explained how full synthetic oil last longer than regular oil and wanted it to know if I had another concern that had me bringing the vehicle in early. I knew this already, but it is my preference to get the first oil changed more quickly than recommended. I appreciated that Rafael didn’t want me to spend money on something that might not be necessary or that I didn’t understand. Also they got me in and out much quicker than I anticipated. Great experience! Tried the Mopar Express Lane here yesterday and it was awesome. Needed a quick oil change for my Grand Cherokee and I was in and out. The oil change was done (E I brought my 2015 Chrysler 200C in for a oil change and Mr. Rafael C. immediately greeted and politely listed to my need. The oil change was done (Express), and Rafael informed me of a bad tire which I was having a problem with. Need less to say we replaced the tire and I purchased a second front tire as recommended.
