Though buying a car is a time consuming process I am happy to say that my experience was great. Dick helped me find the right car for my family: color, features, mileage, everything. Rafael and Roy helped me too.; Even gave my kids some coloring pages. Since then, I've taken it in for maintenance a few times (I drive a lot) so oil changes are needed. Everyone in the service department is very helpful! More

Best in class I highly recommend buying a car from Continental Nissan. After driving an '07 Toyota Matrix for 8 years I wanted to upgrade to a roomier and more styl I highly recommend buying a car from Continental Nissan. After driving an '07 Toyota Matrix for 8 years I wanted to upgrade to a roomier and more stylish auto that could push my child passenger load to greater than 3. I did massive amounts of research and despite the middling drivability ratings (c'mon, I'm a suburban mom - my car does not need to compete in the Grand Prix), the 2016 Nissan Rogue with the 3rd row - aka optional Family Package - was exactly what I was looking for. Once car was identified, I did what any self-respecting car buyer does and requested internet price quotes - from multiple websites. I won't divulge all my car-savings secrets (I liked Continental a lot so I'll throw them this bone), but suffice to say, they were the only local dealer - which also just happened to have the highest customer satisfaction ratings - organized enough to recognize my multiple price/savings requests as coming from the same person. So instead of hearing from 2-3 salespeople/dealer, I heard from one nice guy - Rafael - with whom I scheduled a test drive. Because Rafael was with other customers when I arrived, I was quickly paired with Bo, who was a lovely, highly-educated, with-a-baby-on-the-way (he showed me the sonogram - so I showed him pictures of my kids) guy who has worked at Continental for a few years. The test drive was great. The car met and exceeded all of my suburban mom wants and needs. Then we got down to business. I negotiated very low on price and high on trade-in. And Continental in good faith and in good spirit met me more than halfway. Despite post-deal jolly ribbing from Continental staff and management about what a good deal I got - the deal was clearly good for both of us. Pros - organized, well-managed dealer with informed/respectful staff who are willing to work with customers on price. Cons - none. More

Great Experience at Continental Nissan Rafael did a great job helping me buy my first car. Pleasantly Surprised! My fiance and I were looking to get a car, mind you, "just looking". We had gone to Contenential Honda down the street and decided to go check out the Sentra. The Sentra started at a much lower price. The inside is not as nice as the Honda Civic, but I'm not willing to pay Thousands of dollars for a few shiny buttons. Rafael Rivera really took care of us; he made sure I got the color I wanted at no additional charge, gave us a package deal on our next oil changes/tire rotations, had the car there when promised. One of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had at a car dealer. For the first time I did not walk away feeling taken advantage of. We went through Costco, so we were able to see the invoice price and paid under that!!! Will definitely be buying my next car from Rafael. More

Not wanting to drag him around to a dozen dealerships I called Continental Nissan and a couple other stores for pricing. Rafael Rivera was wonderful to work with and able to match the price we were looking for. When we arrived we were assisted by Mark Bugajski. After the Rogue we selected was sent to be detailed and the paperwork was in process, I noticed a better equipped model on the lot in our price range. Without hesitation Mark stopped the paperwork, grabbed the keys and was able to negotiate a great price on the second Rogue. Mark and Rafael were great. They made negotiations easy, and we were able to get more truck for my Dad than anticipated for a great price. Thank you to Rafael, Mark and the entire staff at Continental for taking such great care of us. More

Great Experience! We were shopping for my 16 year old daughters new car. We met with Mark the first day, he was extremely helpful. Since it was cold and snowy, Mark drove us to the other Continental dealerships that were close and drove us through the lots so we could see the cars. We had to leave before we found a car but returned the next week. It was a Saturday and very busy (the weather was much nicer) so Mark asked if Rafael could help us. Rafael was very nice and helpful as well. We did find a car, that after much negotiation, was affordable and "cute" enough for my daughter. What a great experience for my daughter's first car buying experience thanks to Mark and Rafael! More

I had a great experience working with Jay and Rafael. They answered all of my questions and were willing to go the extra mile. Both were always reach-able by phone or e-mail. They returned phone calls They answered all of my questions and were willing to go the extra mile. Both were always reach-able by phone or e-mail. They returned phone calls in a timely manner and were willing to spend time on the phone answering questions to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision. They even called a week after I bought the car to make sure everything was going smoothly and took the time to answer questions that I had since purchasing the car. Working with Continental Nissan was a much more comfortable experience than the other dealers I visited while shopping for this car. More
