Your customer service is horrible. It took 4 hours to buy a car that should have taken half the time. We talked to a salesman on the phone prior to coming in. We had forgotten his name and met with Rafa buy a car that should have taken half the time. We talked to a salesman on the phone prior to coming in. We had forgotten his name and met with Rafael Villamil, who was wonderful. The salesman we talked to on the phone saw us and pushed Rafael out of the sale and he was horrible! I wish we would have demanded Rafael to help us. I do not remember his name. More
