As happy as we are with the truck it was pulling teeth to get everything done. Starting with getting the ball rolling on pricing, and getting information on the trucks we were interested in. From having to w get everything done. Starting with getting the ball rolling on pricing, and getting information on the trucks we were interested in. From having to wait for the truck to be delivered from PHX to TUC. The lack of communication between the sellers and us on the steps along the way. The lack of communication between each of the departments within the company. We showed up to finally get the truck, was told it would be ready when we got there, we were told oh about 20 more minutes, 40 minutes later we find out the pressure washer had been broken the whole time. So we would have to return to have that done. More

Raphel was my salesman in used car department, prior to me driving down to Tucson from Queen Creek he made sure the car l was looking at was still available, that l was aware of certain things about the ca me driving down to Tucson from Queen Creek he made sure the car l was looking at was still available, that l was aware of certain things about the car, like that it was a 5 speed manual and more importantly he confirmed the advertised price was correct. Upon my arrival l met Raphel and he continued to be very professional and helpful. All in all l was at the dealership a little over an hour and the deal was done, they were fair on my trade in. I did have pre approved financing prior to going and that made things alot smoother. Highly recommend Quebedeaux Buick GMC D. Blazer More
