I bought a used jaguar that has a cracked windshield, also I have less then 700 miles and the vehicle needs front brakes. I asked about it all but all I heard was we are losing money on this deal so we w also I have less then 700 miles and the vehicle needs front brakes. I asked about it all but all I heard was we are losing money on this deal so we won’t fix anything. Not a good look for a dealership especially when I deal with a lot of people every day. I most likely will not recommend your dealership. Plus the car I traded in has not been paid off and I’m receiving calls and emails about the payment. I’m not happy at all. I would love to speak with the general manager of the dealership. Rafi was very rude very unprofessional. More
