came to ShowMe in Nov2024 for a 2019 Chrysler300 posted on their site $10,999. we were greeted byShawn. He offered to show other options, pulled upRangeRover&few other vehicles that weren’t in my liking.We on their site $10,999. we were greeted byShawn. He offered to show other options, pulled upRangeRover&few other vehicles that weren’t in my liking.We askedagain on the Chrysler. checked it out&heard a ticking/knocking after it idols. became hesitant&began to leave.Shawn assured us if there was ANYTHING wrong with the car it was be fixed during service. he signed a paper stating”we owe you per service” 2014 bmw x5.On paper trade $5,900. papers were signed, said had to “switch sale price numbers around ($17,000) to make the bank take it”. I came in with a decent credit score good pay history along w/ a co-signer with great. amount financed ending $12,183.00. $391.37 payments monthly. alarms.I came in expressed I am a motherof3 w/ emergency car situation with the BMW. Assuring car will be good’before I even get the title’. cargoes in for service a fewdays later-spark plugs&a sway bar. I check in on Dec9 not done. Dec25. I reached out via phone no contact. Dec26. text me been busy really behind &still need to finish. No contact again. I bring my dad with me the first week of jan2025. no answers said they would reach out soon. Jan9threached a decision to replace the engine, shocks&sway bar. Follows by saying my co signer&self need to come sign a generalreleaseform. with this we would have 1 year warranty used engine& 12,000 miles. further decision they offered a 3 year 100k miles warranty on engine nofault option if I pay $1,200 outofpocket for a remandmotor instead. took that protection.Jan22 all parts have been delivered. Feb6 car was done. Sameday took it anothershop to be seen on a lifta leak near value cover gaskets. shaking in front end with oil pressure sensors. record pressure dropmultiple times. took my car back they said nothing wrong. The rear camera looked sideways ( as if it was hit in the rear) and they said it would be my responsibility (mind you I haven’t had MY CAR in my possession) Missing interior pieces. They took the car back. still no title paperwork. Feb 21. I asked again. And update on my car no response March 21 said I could come Monday&drive test no contact till March25. March27 we go to pick up we record the mileage drove by them being only 46 miles. they reported doing nothing. No codes. Ignoring the leak. March31st broke down with wires shown on the tires. alignment suppose to be done with first installment of front end parts. they said they would get back to me. April 1st I said I had question about oil pressure. No answer. April 9. Pressure dropped to 13. They asked if the check engine light was on I said no. They ghost. April 19 I ask for oil change. I called them in Dec 2025 noticed large drops of oil in my garage. They said bring it in you a got the warranty no worries. Jan16.26i came in they looked at it told me they would reach out to warranty company and get back to me. I sent in all my records for oil changes as requested along with the same videos&ss text of reporting this slow leak now to a large leak since installation.claimed the engine would be replaced. dropped off the car they claimed after few days-week.they decided on an oil pump&the warranty won’t cover the value covers gaskets that that they openly stated were from the oil engine. Put on new block. Feb10 I drop off car. Feb13 oil pump is good&come Monday. No contact again until Feb25 saying again they have no luck getting car covered to be fixed. March2 there was a 3 way call with my father, the service manager ron, Ciara& myself.claimed no responsibility. $600 bill if not more for a leak notified about from day one. I paid this car off last year to have less bills. If I knew I was going to spend this much I would have fixed my bmw. I hope to resolve this soon. pick up my car March6., Ciara was rude laughing “why would you pay 17,000$ for a car” etc. claims warranty “36,000k miles not 100k. Admitted to putting old parts on the new block. old parts were to be serviced. More
