I don't know if my first review was completed, as I had to reset my password. I'm sorry if this is duplicative. Ragina was stellar in her focus toward me as a customer - respectful, prompt, and clear in e to reset my password. I'm sorry if this is duplicative. Ragina was stellar in her focus toward me as a customer - respectful, prompt, and clear in explaining the first service for my new Mercedes-Benz SUV. Additionally, I requested a loaner car, which she handled expertly - ensuring adequate gasoline for me to run a few errands during the service. I cannot say the same for your sales staff. The "man" who sold me the Mercedes-Benz SUV was chauvinistic and condescending. I included this in my review when I originally purchased the SUV. First, after I made the purchase - on which I'm confident he made a tidy commission - however, he never called me - not once. Second, I traded in a Volvo XC60, which had a dent on the front hood. He "assumed" it was my error in not knowing how to work my own garage door opener. How stupid and inappropriate. The "dent" was caused by a careless male driver who backed his truck into my Volvo and, unbeknownst to me, created the damage because he did not know how to drive a large vehicle. Additionally, he was decent enough to leave his name and number when he made the dent. My point is that when I trade in my current M-B SUV, I will be asking for a different salesperson. If I could rate this salesperson "zero," I would. When my vehicle needs servicing, I will ALWAYS ask for Ragina, who understands the meaning and value of customer service and focus. I would appreciate if Mercedes-Benz corporation would eliminate the service charge on Credit Card usage. This is an oxymoron for a luxury car dealership and Service to charge this fee.
