I'm not one to write many reviews, but I've been raving about my experience at Maita Chevrolet all week! As a single woman, walking into a car dealership can be a little intimidating. I do my research and even worked for a dealership in the past, but still get kind of overwhelmed. I had never felt so comfortable and certain that I was being taken care of! They gave me an amazing deal, were honest and very knowledgeable throughtout the entire experience! This team went above and beyond for me..and I absolutely love my car!! They seemed to know what was best for me before I did...and I'm so grateful! I have not been disappointed, this car is perfect for me! Bubba, Raj and the finance manager were answers to my prayers that day! They were so kind, and not pushy whatsoever! I would highly recommend them, and have been, to everyone!!! More

Now, I think bad past experiences clouded my judgment. The dealership and management went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and completed a second diagnostic due to my concerns. They were respectful, listened, and put in overtime on my car. I am not big on dealerships, but I would definitely recommend this dealer and will probably go back for all check-ups and maintenance work on my vehicle. The only reason I might bypass this dealer is because of my less than patient behavior as a customer, not theirs as a car service location. Even for a customer like me, they went out of their way to ensure my safety and ensure that I actually understood WHY my car acted the way it did, which is rare for some service connected businesses these days. More
