Great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly customer servic Felix, Carlos, and Raj we're fantastic. Felix helped me with all the paperwork for returning my lease and getting a new one. Raj ensured my new lease Felix, Carlos, and Raj we're fantastic. Felix helped me with all the paperwork for returning my lease and getting a new one. Raj ensured my new lease was washed and had a full tank of gas before I arrived at the dealership. He showed all the new features of the car on an iPad and help me install the Android auto app onto my phone. He also showed how to use the hands free phone features in the car and went through the owner's manual with me. Lastly Raj introduced me to Carlos at Service. Carols explained everything I needed to know regarding oil changes and vehicle inspections. This is my third lease with Metro Nissan Montclair and I will continue to be a customer of this dealership in the future. I am very happy with the amazing service I was given. More

He made it clear that if my choice was to get into a lease on a 2020 vehicle of any make and model, he would appreciate the opportunity to keep me in the Nissan family by constructing a lease deal where my payment didn't increase, and with the same terms we agreed on nearly two years ago for my current lease. Great service Came here based on the Costco auto program. Raj was the sales person that help us. He showed us all the available cars and colors making sure that we Came here based on the Costco auto program. Raj was the sales person that help us. He showed us all the available cars and colors making sure that we test drive the one that my daughter liked the most. Financing was easy, they were able to work a payment within my comfort level. The finance manager was very friendly and helpful too. Raj took the time to go over all the car features and syncing my daughter's phone to the car. Overall we had a great buying experience with no hassle. More
