Kick SR - great purchase experience I was looking for a mid size car for my daughter and since we have had good experience at his dealership in the past. We had leased and bought cars from here and always bring in for service too. We wanted to check out Rogue sport and newly launched Nissan Kicks. Worked with Raj in sales who has helped us in the past. After test driving both cars, we started looking at numbers were really pleased that we didnt have to haggle or anything. We had done our research and presented it to Raj and he came back with a very reasonable and good offer for lease on kicks. We asked to get the paperwork ready and came back in an hour. The process was smooth and had the car washed and ready for us. Patty in finance was very pleasant and efficient with all paperwork. Very happy with our purchase experience!! More

Another car from this dealer, happy customer My Leaf lease was up and i was not sure if i should get another Nissan leaf or check other cars. I stopped by Metro Nissan to check the offers and as My Leaf lease was up and i was not sure if i should get another Nissan leaf or check other cars. I stopped by Metro Nissan to check the offers and as usual I am always so happy with the no pressure, all options on table to choose from attitude from these guys. I did check Chevy bolt and Hyundai and the way a lot of dealerships try to get you is so concerning and disappointing. I decided to get Leaf again because of Metro Nissan. They really worked with me in making sure i get the color and options i am looking for. Test drove the higher trims and tech options to consider but selected mid level trim. Raj in sales was as usual very patient and knowledgeable about all options on the car, incentives available and comparison. George who took my previously leased car back is a fantastic energetic person and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. The finance dept were again very thorough in going over all options and didn't pressure for any additional options. Highly recommend this place for everyone !! keep up great service guys More

Bought a Nissan Leaf there last week. Wrote a check for down payment that was supposed to be held for two weeks before it was cashed. The contract reflected that arranged it. Against my better judgment, i dated the check for the day I gave it to them. Big mistake. They cashed the check anyway. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again. If you’re unfortunate enough to go to these scammers, be careful with any special arrangements. Do NOT trust them. More
