Amazing shopping experience! When I pictured car shopping this is what I was hoping for not once complained and made sure I was sure of what I wanted they were fast and I excellent service made me feel at home. On top of all the help, and buissnes that was just made they made sure to call me the next day to see how I felt and if I was happy never came to a dealer that made me feel more like family than just a customer or worse yet money walking in and out of there. Customer satisfaction is their priority! We came to see Raj when we bought our first Murano six years ago. We were so impressed with his knowledge of all the available models that we knew if We came to see Raj when we bought our first Murano six years ago. We were so impressed with his knowledge of all the available models that we knew if we came back he would find one that would meet our needs. Raj did not let us down, he was able to answer all of our questions and finally after test driving the new Murano we decided that was the car for us! Excellent Customer Service I went to Metro Nissan becaused they called me and told me that I can upgrade my car. I told them that i wantrmed to upgrade my Rogue to a Pathdinder. I went to Metro Nissan becaused they called me and told me that I can upgrade my car. I told them that i wantrmed to upgrade my Rogue to a Pathdinder. They told me that theu have a lot of rebatesband that will ne no problem. To make the story short i was disappointed. I wasted 3 hrs if my time. I left. I called Metro and iI spoke yo Steve (Sales Manager) snd told him what happened. He was very apologetic. The next day zi spoke to him and asked him if i will lease the car , he told me he will call me back. I received a call from Raj and ge told me that he can give meba good deal. I got my Pathfinder. Raj was an excellent sales person. He took the time to explain what theu are giving me. Also Raj explain all the cool gadgets in my car. I wanted to thank his manager and the finance manager Felix for taking care of me. Overall these people gave me the excellent service. I will definitely recommend Metro Nissan .
