My experience in purchasing my Nissan Leaf SV Plus was exceptionally great at Nissan Montclair. Mr. Raj from Nissan Montclair was the exception to what many buyers experience when buying a car. I told him exceptionally great at Nissan Montclair. Mr. Raj from Nissan Montclair was the exception to what many buyers experience when buying a car. I told him what I wanted, and he said, I will make it happen and he did. It is that simple. I told Mr. Raj, please do not waste my time or yours just to bring me in and then get disappointed. He was true to his word, and I can't say enough about his honesty and integrity. He is a man of his word, and he tells what he can deliver. There is no denial I had to negotiate with him, and we went back and forth that included two visits. However, he never told me something that turned out to be a lie. First time, he told what he can give me in terms of price and interest, and I told him what I was willing to pay, and I felt I was reasonable in my offer. A few days later, he contacted me and told me to come back, and he will make it happen. To be honest, I was reluctant to go back because of my 40+ years of experience with various dealerships, but his assurances made me feel this time maybe different and so I did go back. I got the car at the price that I wanted at the lowest interest that Nissan financing is offering. He went in details over how much exactly I will be paying for and the breakdown of everything I am paying for. No hidden fees that you suddenly see when signing the contract that he hasn't explained to you beforehand. Of course, his mannerism was just as great. This was my best experience in buying a car and I told him that. I highly recommend him especially to first-time buyers as he is not into all-day haggling and hustling tactics used by others. More
