Excellent Service I worked the Raj when I was buying my car and I enjoyed my experience. He was patient and helpful. He proposed a deal to completely pay off my old car I worked the Raj when I was buying my car and I enjoyed my experience. He was patient and helpful. Very helpful, kind I felt like the staff were genuinely trying to help me get the best new vehicle I possibly could. I believed I could trust them and that they weren't I felt like the staff were genuinely trying to help me get the best new vehicle I possibly could. I believed I could trust them and that they weren't trying to oversell or trick me. They listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car. They took time to explain all pricing on the paperwork, so that I understood exactly what I was purchasing. Very friendly and positive people. More

New car purchase Unprofessional and a much different experience from when I purchased my first car from Hyundai in 2013. I was told my Car payoff was all set; was not Unprofessional and a much different experience from when I purchased my first car from Hyundai in 2013. I was told my Car payoff was all set; was not all set.. I had to call the bank on my own to find out that they did not even receive the check yet ( its been over two weeks). While trying to get to the bottom of this- I received no support. I was told that the Title would be there within a few days; which was also a lie - Hyundai has not verified where the check was sent- or followed up with the bank to also question why this hasn't been taken care of yet; I shouldn't have to be paying two car payments because the staff at Hyundai cannot simply pay off a car that was given to them over two weeks ago. As a result, I would have had a late fee for my car which I no longer have possession of- thankfully my account was still on auto pay and it was taken care of. I expect much better customer service than this. Do not give me false expectations or tell me something is going to happen when it is not- be realistic and actually do your job. I am a customer, I shouldn't have to do your job for you. I will never buy another Hyundai again. Sincerely, Stephanie More

Hyundai Tuscan Bought 2 SUV 's within 3 days apart, 1 for my 17 year old Ira put her in a lease and 1 of the same for myself which i thought was not going to happen Bought 2 SUV 's within 3 days apart, 1 for my 17 year old Ira put her in a lease and 1 of the same for myself which i thought was not going to happen but Sal worked his magic and i drove off satisfied for the most part ...the only other thing that would of made it perfect was if he could of put me in my DREAM Hyundai Tuscan Sport my heart was set on the sport model with the push button start...as is was SAL did ask what it was that i liked and i told him the wheels and he made that happened very grateful for that, but i am missing the pysh button stary as i had it on my trade... if Sal or anyone on that team could get me i the sport I would sign right now. So if this is read and they can do it call me and i will be down in a flash the DIFFERENCE was 3000.00 which would of made my payments only a lousy 60.00 more which i cant afford unfortunately. If irs not too late me know if the trade can be done the Tuscan Se it had only 4 miles on it and as of right now it has 900. I'll keep my fingers crossed just in case i get a call saying come on down.😉.But I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER & WOULD RECOMMEND LIA TO ANYONE LIKE I HAVE ALREADY. THANKS AGAIN.
