We woke up at 3 AM and drove more than five hours with a check in hand, only to arrive and find that the vehicle wasn’t even prepared for us to see. What had been described as being in “excellent condition” was anything but. The chrome had been wrapped in black vinyl that was peeling and shrinking, and there were multiple scratches—none of which had ever been disclosed. Instead of taking responsibility for the misleading information, Robert simply reminded us that their vehicles are sold “as is,” offering only excuses and shifting the blame onto us. We had been reassured that they were a customer-focused, friendly dealership that would treat us right, but we ended up feeling completely misled. On a positive note, Raleigh, their Finance Manager, was genuinely kind and did his best to assist us; unfortunately, the situation had already gone too far to be salvaged. More

Moe was excellent start to finish and was honest and straight-forward. Did his best to be an honest broker throughout. Though, if I had to do it again, I would refuse his advice and get the loan done co straight-forward. Did his best to be an honest broker throughout. The finance guy was good. The guy who came into the finance to brow-beat me into all the extras I did not want tried to say I was a fool for not accepting them. He almost cost them the sale. I was ready to take my wife’s hand and tell her we were leaving because this guy was rude. More
