I was happy with the car buying experience itself. I found the vehicle I wanted at a good price and I got a fair trade on my vehicle. I am not happy with the post purchase experience. I have been called several times with issues concerning the loan. My credit union still shows my former loan and they are expecting a payment within a few days. I am awaiting a call back to hopefully resolve this. More

Ralph was Wonderful. He was patient and helpful. Took time to explain things. Went above and beyond on all things. I could tell I could trust him 100 percent. He stayed He was patient and helpful. The purchase of the vehicle was fairly easy and getting through finance was fine. The problem has been after the check cleared getting any help. We purchased an extended warranty and were not provided an through finance was fine. The problem has been after the check cleared getting any help. We purchased an extended warranty and were not provided any documentation or paperwork. I have been requesting the documentation for 6 weeks from multiple people. I finally wrote Toyota Corporate and they contacted the dealer and only then did I receive a phone and only sent the signature page, which states the dealer is supposed to provide the Service Contract when asked. I still haven't heard back from Corwin and will be letting Toyota Corporate know again. Thankfully at least Toyota Corporate values their customers. Having bought from two other Toyota dealers, this is the worst customer service I have experienced. More
