I'm typically not in the mood to haggel and appreciated that the purchase price offered matched my expectations as well as the value of the trade-in. When I got to financing, Jordan was great at presenting the various add-on options in an advisory and not pushy way. Overall it was a great buying experience. If Volvo made an SUV in a full size class I'd be back to buy another! More
