I cant say enough about how awesome my experience was with Otto's. I was treated very well from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. When I thought I had a good deal and agreed to the price I actually was surprised in a lower price then expected as Noel Montesano explained he wanted to help me as a returning customer and said I was part of the family. I just do not have enough good things to say about the facility, how clean and up to date it was and every person was truly professional. The best for last: Ralph Nofsinger my salesman and a true and consummate professional helped me figure out what vehicle was best for my application. He allowed me to drive several vehicles and it was a no pressure deal in which never happens these days. I was never pressured and never at any time did I feel like I was a number but a true part of the family there. I will go back and I will refer as many people to this dealership as possible. I was really impressed and this is my first time with BMW but so far the experience is great I have been through Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and other dealers. This right now is one of the top. The pick up process was so smooth. I signed maybe 6 pieces of paper total and it took 3 minutes. Then they began to set up the cars with us. The finance and delivery experience was really fast and low stress as well. I cant say enough about everyone we interacted with. I am now even considering buying my daughter a vehicle here because of how well I was treated. More

Knowing that I was not happy with the remedy for the squeaky door of my brand new car, the owner invited me to the dealership and gave me an offer that just blew me away. With a small adjustment to allow for the mileage on my car, Mr. Vadasz allowed me to order a new car. WOW! Otto's has earned my business, my loyalty. Just took delivery of a 2019 330i. After several weeks met with Brian Menda, Otto's delivery specialist. Brian walked me through the electronics of this amazing car. Brian did an outstanding job of explaining the numerous features of the car. Brian was very clear and concise and most importantly, very patient. He certainly knows this car in depth. I got clear answers to all of my questions. About a week or two after picking up my new BMW, I received an email from Raheem inviting me to come back to Otto's for a visit with him to resolve any questions I had with my new car. I took advantage of the offer and spent an hour this week with Raheem this week going over every gizmo and gadget that I now had. It was a wonder experience. Raheem was so knowledgeable and informative about my new car. I had 5 pages of questions written down and he easily answered each question I had. Great experience all around at Otto's. Thank you. Ralph Nofsinger is a great salesperson with high integrity and a laid back customer focus. I have purchased four new BMWs from him. And after the sale, I aways meet with Brian Menda to learn about all the new technology and how best to use it to maximize the safety and comfort of my new cars. Brian is super knowledgeable and always gives me as much time as I need to get up to speed. Both Ralph and Brian are always available should I need them, just not when the sale is made. More
