I took delivery of my 2021 Chrysler Voyager on March 10th. Both Ralph Rameriz and the F&I manager promised me an extra key fob and I actually signed a document stating I would receive an extra key fob, 10th. I don’t understand how they could take a signed document out of a sales packet without me, knowing and throwing it away because when i went to find my copy it was gone. There are a lot of choices out there to buy a vehicle, so stay away from Venice Toyota and mainly Ralph Ramirez and the F & I manager. David Carr More
