I bought my Toyota here and love Ralph the knowledgeable sales person that sold me my car and I am very happy with my car but I do not suggest using the service department for anything they are major rip of sales person that sold me my car and I am very happy with my car but I do not suggest using the service department for anything they are major rip off artists. I was ripped off by expensive maintenance that was not even needed. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back on this issue More

We never received our lender package. I called and emailed BEGGING for the documents for 3.5 weeks. I left messages and not ONE PERSON from the dealership reached out to me! I took delivery of my 2021 Chrysler Voyager on March 10th. Both Ralph Rameriz and the F&I manager promised me an extra key fob and I actually signed a document stating I would receive an extra key fob, 10th. Both Ralph Rameriz and the F&I manager promised me an extra key fob and I actually signed a document stating I would receive an extra key fob, but they are now telling me no. I don’t understand how they could take a signed document out of a sales packet without me, knowing and throwing it away because when i went to find my copy it was gone. There are a lot of choices out there to buy a vehicle, so stay away from Venice Toyota and mainly Ralph Ramirez and the F & I manager. David Carr More
