I’ve had 3 different sales managers call me begging for FULL STAR survey reviews and when I asked if they could help me with my ongoing issue that no one would help me with, the sales manager said this: “” score the survey however you feel. I think it’s a horrible look on you to say that and it makes you a bad person.”” Unreal honestly. The GM won’t even return my call. I left a message with the 3 top level people and they all REFUSE to call me back and won’t face the issue. Unsure of next steps but they cannot treat people like this an collectively IGNORE the problem. More
