The right car and the right dealer are both important. We have purchased and serviced our Toyotas at Koons in Tyson's Corners for years. This year, as in the past, the salesman, Rami, was very knowledgea We have purchased and serviced our Toyotas at Koons in Tyson's Corners for years. This year, as in the past, the salesman, Rami, was very knowledgeable about the selection of cars and interested in understanding and meeting our needs and preferences. We like our Hybrid Toyotas. We needed a car that my 99 year old mother can easily get into and out of. There also has to be room for her wheelchair without reconfiguring the car. We also want the safety features that are now available. Other manufacturers often only offer these on larger or more expensive models, if at all. In spite of our happiness with our current cars (if not so much the closer Leesburg dealer), we shopped other manufacturer's models. We looked at the Ford, Kia, and Lexus hybrids. We liked the Subaru AWD Impreza. But we pretty quickly determined that, except for AWD, the Prius had everything we want at a competitive price, Our 2005 Prius has 264k miles on it - so we appreciate the value of the car. Our 2003 has close to 200k miles. But this also means that there are a lot of new features to understand.in the newer models. Rami and Warfa, the business manager, took the time we needed to understand all the appropriate options. It was, of course, easy to buy the can. But we didn't feel rushed or guided into getting features we didn't need. More
