I was born in Guadalajara Jalisco México. I graduated from Merced High and took some college courses here at Merced College. became a US citizen in '96. I have 20 years married and have two daughters and one son. On my spare time I enjoy being creative with my hands and imagination.. I enjoy painting just about on everything! on walls, cars, canvas, paper, T-shirts, banners,.. I also make piñatas for family and friends. I enjoy watching movies and sports! They were knowledge in the car specs, performance, design and protection and maintenance care packages. the team respected our wishes and needs, pushed just enough, I loved the pesonal touch, Ramiro added in reading us and handling the transaction and caring for us the costomer . This is our second car purchase and they have improved since then in costmer service. I recommend that anyone come and talk to Merced Toyota, we did visit other Toyotas, from San Jose to Merced and felt that others did not take our needs and dreams seriously. First car buying experience was an absolute win! My morning started with Ramiro who helped me chose between this model or that. He took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the car.
